This is the ultimate running leash. I've tried other products because I was looking to save money and they all fell short of what I needed. This is a heavy duty piece of equipment that fits comfortable and allows me to run with my dog hands free.

What can I say... Your system has been the ONLY one out there that can handle my 2, overly excited, 120 lbs Rhodesian Ridgebacks! Wow, what a spectacular leash system. This is the only hands free system I will ever use. The design and feel of this system makes it a breeze to use. I give this product a four paw stamp of approval! Trust me this is the only system you will ever need for WALKS & RUNS! I should know, I've tried 3 other different Running-Leash types and there is no comparison.

I am very impressed with the quality of the product; it is exceptional. The belt width is especially nice in that, if my dogs pull, the wide width distributes the force so it's comfortable. I often put both dogs on leash and am also impressed at how they don't get tangled. The design is ingenious!

I have been using the Cardio Canine for almost 4 years now with my two Border Collies. I use the two leash set up and absolutely love it. I have no back problems, am more in control of my dogs and having my hands free to run properly makes the difference between running with and running without my dogs. I have tried many different 'around the waist' dog leashes and this one is far superior. I can see this lasting for many more years. The quality is superior to any other product out there and the customer service is phenomenal. If you have dogs, and you walk or run with them, this is a must have product.

I purchased the Cardio Canine in January 2007. I was interested in it because I wanted an effective tool to use when running with my dogs. It works great and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys running and has a dog that they would like to bring along. I purchased dog harnesses shortly after because I found that the dogs would tire quickly because of the pulling on their collars. This adjustment only improved my experience. Most people would not need the harnesses as they are only needed if you plan to run with the dog. One concern some people may have is that they may feel they will not be able to control their dog is they allow them to pull. This is not true as the dogs focus entirely on the running in a pack mentality and do not get easily distracted by objects, animals, people, etc. I have had up to four dogs attached at one time and believe me that it is a great experience for all. The dogs go crazy when they see me grabbing their harnesses and head straight for the door. Highly recommend it and would love others to enjoy it so I won't be the only one that gets the strange looks from people when they pass by.
 
Sorry for the long note but you can tell I am a fan of the product and feel it is great investment.  Actually have had the dogs hooked up to me while I wheel a running stroller for my son so that tells you that they do not get out of control like some people may believe.

I won't run with my crazy dog, Addie the Border Collie, without the Cardio Canine. It allows my hands to have their normal range of motion and the leash attached to my waist helps me keep my balance. Even when Addie sees a squirrel, and pulls to one side I can still stay in control.

I LOVE MY CARDIO CANINE!!!  Seriously I run with my dog Thunder all the time with it.  We run in the Petroglyphs by my house and he loves it too!  I've attached a picture of me and thunder on a run and I am pretty sure you can see the smile on his face too. Thank you for a fantastic product.

I run four to six miles almost everyday with my two year old, German Shorthair Pointer in the hills of Los Gatos, California.  We both love the freedom of the Cardio Canine leash system.  I like having both of my arms free to move, especially while going uphill, and also, for balance when coming downhill.  My dog seems to like her freedom too, as she rarely pulls when she is on this leash compared to other leashes.  Having the pocket is useful for my car keys, kleenex, and dog bags.  Finally, I like how durable the Cardio Canine is, made with high quality materials, and I appreciate all the thought that went into the design.  The Cardio Canine leash has made my life easier and our runs far more enjoyable.
                                                      
I love the Cardio Canine.  I was finding that my shoulder would hurt and my form would be off when I jogged with my dog on a leash.  Leaving my dog home was not an option as she is my constant motivation to keep moving.  I heard about waist belts just by word of mouth so I did a little research and found a couple on the internet.  After reading about all of them, I decided on the Cardio Canine primarily because it was padded versus just a strap that could rub on my skin.  It took me awhile to decide as the cost was making me second guess my choice but I finally decided to go for it and I am very glad I did.  I have since purchased a second one in a larger size one for summer when I wear very light weight clothing and one for winter where I'm bundled up and bit thicker around the waist!  I no longer have shoulder problems and since it is around my core. I have more stability with less deviations in my jogging form.  The accessories are great too the pocket is great for holding keys and plastic sacks and the water bottle is just the right size.  I would rate the construction quality of this product as an A+.  I'm planning on getting another dog this summer and am looking forward to trying it with two dogs.  I recommended it to one of my friends and she uses it with her two golden retrievers and finds she has better control of them with it and that they pull less with it.  She did have to buy a coupler as she found it easier to have them both on the same side of her.  Great product - I would highly recommend it!

I originally purchased the Cardio Canine hands free system when I acquired a bouncy boxer/bulldog mix shortly after having shoulder surgery.  This 85 pound monster was a shelter dog without much in the way of leash manners.  I love the strength and sturdy construction compared to other hands free leash products.  I am also a runner, so I was looking to invest in something I would use long term after my rehab.  The Cardio Canine has been the best pet related purchase I've made in a long time.  I now run with my big guy, Malone, by my side, and have added the second leash for his sister, Zoe!  If only it would tire them out! 

My wife bought me your product for my Birthday of course she said it was a present from our dog Ripley. Ripley and I have been running together since he was 1 with a standard leash. Just before he turned 2, we took the Cardio Canine go for a test run and never looked back! The hands free running is GREAT and there is nothing better than knowing that no matter how obedient Ripley is, I will NEVER have to second guess his occasional need to TRY and chase after a rabbit or squirrel no the other side of the road with on coming traffic! Ripley is now 3 and he and I are in great shape! The cardio canine doesn. t chafe or interfere with my running in any way and it holds baggies for the road! I fully endorse this product and so does my running partner.

I bought it for my husband Matt who LOVES it!  It's the only way he can run with our 2 dogs and 2 year old daughter. Before the Cardio Canine he had to choose between the dogs or the baby and when that happened no one was happy. We are very happy with our Cardio Canine.

I bought my Cardio Canine early in 2007 and am very happy to give it my strongest endorsement.  As an engineer, I'm quite particular about product-design in many things that I buy.  And I'm extremely impressed with how this product is both designed and manufactured.  A lot more thought obviously went into it than most people would ever expect from a pet product....and it all translates into a user-friendly product which is made to last a long, long time. It's been quite a while since I've been as impressed with a purchase; this one simply exceeded my expectations. I was tempted to buy a cheaper product but am very glad I chose the cardio canine. I would recommend the cardio canine without reservation (PS....I initially ordered the wrong size and the exchange process was completely hassle-free and prompt).

I've had my Cardio Canine for over a year now and it was a great purchase. I really shopped around before purchasing a hands-free leash and am very pleased I did. This product is comfortable and has useful pockets. It has allowed me to focus on my running rather than Howie and his leash. My dog is a chow chow mix and quite strong. I find that having him tug on my center of gravity, rather than one arm, also provides me with better control. I even had to return the first one I ordered because it was too small and there was absolutely no difficulty with the exchange. All in all a great purchase and I highly recommend it.

I have been using the Cardio Canine leash for several years now and I love walking the dogs hands free.  I usually walk/run two large dogs on the system, sometimes I use it for all three of our dogs-that is over 200 pounds!  The leash is built very well-strong and durable and comfortable on my waist.  I like the pouch attachment as that comes in handy for bags to pick up after them.

After months of struggling to get my chocolate lab to run with me, I finally found the solution... Cardio Canine.  My friend paints Labradors and on her website was your link.  I ordered the system that day and now my lab (Bones) and I are up to two miles a day and we are in the best shape of our lives. My lab is the best gift that I ever received and your system has not only given us the freedom to enjoy our evening runs, but I use it also to teach him to stay close to me in the yard and he is conscious to not leave my side when he is with me.  Sometimes I just wear the belt and he knows to stay close.  Its even flexible in size that my husband can wear it! Running with your dog is the greatest thing. Not only does he or she get exercise, but I do believe its the perfect way to spend time and bond with your pet. If you're like me, your pets are like your children. Bosco goes everywhere with me now. Today I ran him for a full mile for the first time and it was great, especially with the cardio canine belt, it was easy and fun. We have registered to run in the dog day run which will be held here in Florida in march. So I strongly suggest that you try this prodcut or buy it for someone you know who loves to run with their pet. Its better to run with 6 legs then it is with 2. :) Happy running and keep those tails wagging.

I love just love this system. I can now run in comfort with my daschund for as long as we want. We run at least 7 miles every day and often up to 13 miles. Previously, I used another product made of nylon with no cushining. The Cardio Canine system is by far superior in quality and comfort.

I bought the belt for my husband who has been an avid runner for decades.  He has never felt comfortable, safe running with a dog.  He also felt that trying to deal with a dog compromised his workouts. In December, we adopted a Dobie. (Over the years we have adopted four adults- we always have one at a time and raise them as companion dogs.)  This girl is a beauty and is built more like a Greyhound than a Doberman! She is natural runner! Reno has had a ton of snow and ice, so last weekend was the first time my husband Buddy could run.  He and Molly the Dobie finally had a chance to try the Cardio Canine.  They both loved it!  Frankly, I am amazed.  What a great find.  PS Buddy carries his walkman in the water bottle pouch. Another great feature! 

I LOVE the Cardio Canine!  I often walk and run with our two Golden Retrievers.  One is 80 pounds and the other a very energetic 50 pounds.  In the past, our runs or walks would sometimes get cut short because they would wear me out by their pulling (yes, this is probably indicative of poor obedience training but hey....).  At any rate, I can't believe the different the two-dog system made.  We ran 2-miles and could have keep going.  They were happy, I was happy!  When they invariably pulled, it pulled from my waist rather than off-centering me from the shoulder.  I was able to RUN with good form, arms could swing freely - unbelieveable.  Walks were even better...relaxed, plenty of lead but enough to keep control, water bottle is perfect, treat and bag pouch perfect.  Not only is the engineering of the product excellent, the quality of the product is unsurpassed.  I have spent some time rock-climbing and the belt is similar to a climbing harness.  Very secure.  This is heavy-duty - your dog will not unclip and extremely comfortable (make sure you order the right size - I did with no problem).  This will not fall apart on you - probably ever!  I know this is starting to sound like a paid sales pitch - I can assure you, it is not.  I can only say fantastic things about this product - I will use it every time I walk or run with them.  When I can - I'll even send you pictures.  Thank you very much!!

I LOVE this product.  It makes running w/my dogs so much more comfortable and easy.  I've had other hands-free leashes, but none were as comfortable on my back as this one.

I am so happy to have Cardio Canine!  I was so pleased to see the construction of the system and how the waist belt resembled the durability of a climbing harness.  Cirrus, our 4 year old yellow lab has been known to destruct the indestructible, and finally he has met his match!  Where we used to live, he would hike with us without a leash, but as laws changed we were required to use a leash and it was not nearly as enjoyable.  So until now he would concentrate on my hand holding the lead, nipping at it so I would let it go.  Since I don't have to hold on to anything, he doesn't concentrate on me, and I can concentrate on my run!  Thanks for giving us something we can enjoy together!

I was hesitant to try your product but my current leash was causing problems with me and my dog, Cassie.  I have been running for over 30 years and I intentionally bought a Border Collie to run with me.  They don't waste time sniffing - they just run!  I liked to give Cassie the freedom to run with a retractable leash and she is quite bright about not getting caught by a light pole.  It would be difficult at corners because she would be ahead of me and she would reach the street before me, putting her in danger.  Retracting the leash at every corner is a real strain on me.  She is very good at running on my right, staying away from people passing on my left.  One time, I paused for some reason and she thought I was turning left and ran ahead of me right into another fast runner.  He was not happy!  That was the last straw to push me into trying your product.  Cassie caught on very quickly that the circumstances had changed and didn't seem to mind at all running right next to me.  She is at my side at street corners, the leash is right there if I need to keep her especially close to me.  I don't need to use the choke collar anymore.  Best of all, she cannot bother other people.  Dogs seem happiest when their masters are happiest.  Works for me!

I have been running distance for 10 years, but the past 3 years have been with the newest member of our family, our 85 lb. dog, Buddy, who loves to run distance.  About 2 yr. ago I developed a problem with my foot, causing extreme pain in my toe, then numbness.  Needless to say I just about gave distance running.  I tried many different things, including a cortisone injection in my toe, but with no luck.  Then a friend sent me a link to your website.  The first day I ran hands free with Buddy, was incredible and fun and easy.  We both had a tremendous run.   I have been using the hands free device for the past few months and my foot is making a turn for the better.  I am not constantly having to "reign" Buddy in, we are both "free" to run and enjoy the sights, smells and joy of distance running once again.  Thank you  Cardio Canine!  You were a lifesaver for me and Buddy.

I have had the Cardio Canine Belt/Leash system for several months and I never walk the dog without it.  Initially, I was interested in this system because I was suffering from lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) and every time my miniature schnauzer (Jazzie) took off on a regular leash, I suffered pain.  Obviously, we have worked with her and she is now much better behaved on leash, but with the Cardio Canine leash, I enjoy walking and multi-tasking.  I can drink my coffee while on our morning walks and it is no big deal when the cell phone rings since I have both hands free.  The belt comes with a handy pouch for extra bags or treats and the water bottle is great since we had already trained her to drink from a bottle.  Should the occasional bird or squirrel cross our path, I no longer cringe when Jazzie takes off since I have complete control of her from the center core of my body.  I highly recommend this great dog walking product and never leave home without it!
