Leash Lead
The 5 foot leash system we have designed for you to hook yourself to your K-9 is one that maximizes the usefulness of this product. We use 9.5 mm woven static round rope. The 9.5 mm diameter of the rope makes it especially easy to handle and feels good with your hands. The leash can be used in a number of ways with the harness system. 1st it can be used by itself as a one dog front attachment, 2nd you can add another leash and make it a 2 dog front attachment, 3rd as a shortened 2 1/2 feet long leash for the side attachment or the front attachment. Note: If you shorten the leash and place it at the front attachment it is to only be used for walking, but if placed as a side attachment it can be used for running or walking.
Leash Handle Connector
A customized sized Oval Carabineer is used to attach the Leash to the Swiveling Quick Release Snap. These carabineers are made of aluminum and easily and quickly attach/detach from the harness belt and dog leash. The oval carabiner that clips to the leash handle serves three purposes: 1. To attach to the quick release snap 2. To clip your dog to things like a tree or fence for a temporary time frame. 3. To be used to shorten the leash lead by half creating a shortened better controlled leash which is also used with the system side attachment.
Swiveling Quick Release Snap
This feature allows you to easily disconnect yourself from your dog or dogs easily by pulling back on the quick release snap disengaging the connection from harness to leash or leashes. The swiveling portion of this feature allows you to connect two leashes and to maintain tangle free movement of two dogs if they choose to switch sides in front of you. This feature is also moveable to any one of the four attachment areas on the harness system.See the instruction link at the bottom of this page to get a better idea of how the swiveling quick release can be attached at all the various points.
Dog Attachments
The dog can be attached to any of the four areas of attachment on the belt. Whether you like your dog running in front of you or you train your dog to run along the side of you or behind you, the quick release and leash can attach at all these various points. The side attachment is configured to be shortened to 2 1/2' in length keeping your dog perfectly to your side. The Adjustable Sizing System
This system allows you to center the front pad directly in front of you after you have adjusted for waist size for correct positioning of system. This also ensures that the rest of the harness stays in the correct place while using the system. Once you get it fitted to your size it easily is put on and off with just the attachment of one buckle. The Buckling System allows for the following waist sizes in Inches:
Small 27” - 34” : Medium 34” - 41” : Large 41” - 50”
Note: Recommended use is on lower hips so please add 1 to 2 inches to waist size to account for this and clothes you wear. See the instruction link at the bottom of this page to get a better idea of how the product sets up.
