THE CARDIO CANINE SYSTEM COMES COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED
Disassembling the Cardio Canine System
This is what the product looks like when it is completely disassembled. Follow the pictures and product instructions down this page to get a better understanding of how this product is set up.
Take Long Back Pad (A) around lower half of waist resting on buttocks.
Place Short Front Pad (B) directly centered in front of body and attach with Velcro. Use this to get Front Pad centered onto Rear Pad with a snug fit.
A - If right handed make a Loop with the left strap.
B - Put the Loop through the Adjustable Buckle.
C - Take the Loop and run the Loop over the top piece of Rock and Lock Buckle to fasten.
D - Pull snugly on strap to tighten buckle and extra strap.
E - Extra Strap can be stored by running it through one or both of the Elastic Straps that are located on sides of harness.
For future use this side will stay connected unless someone else uses it and needs to adjust it.
Grab the right strap and do just as you did with the left side to fasten the right side.
NOTE: This side will be the only side you use now to take the harness on and off. You can adjust the both sides if needed after they both are attached.
Attach the Quick Release Snap (C) to any of the four attachment rings around perimeter of belt, whichever you choose to use. If using side attachment see steps 10, 11, 12 below.
Take the loop attached to the Quick Release Snap and run that loop through the attachment loop on harness. Then take the Quick Release Snap and run it through its own loop to form a fox knot on the harness attachment
Attach the Oval Carabiner (D) to the Quick Release Snap (C) by pulling back on the Quick Release Snap which releases the Snap. The Quick Release Snap needs to be oiled with a standard metal oil occasionally or when needed. Put Oval Carabiner in Quick Release Snap and secure Quick Release Snap locking it in place.
Attach Cardio Canine Leash (E) to Oval Carabiner
Attach Leash to Dog Collar Snap or Choke Chain
SIDE ATTACHMENT AREA
Using with dog to one side of you. This configuration will work if you would like your dog to run or walk directly to one side of you. It also works after your dog becomes tired and wants to run to your side versus in front.
Attach Quick Release Snap to Left or Right Side Loop as in Step 7 above.
Oval Carabiner (D) Attached to Leash Handle (E) and attach Oval Carabiner to of dollar collar snap (F) to form shortened (1/2 length) Leash.
Attach the middle of Leash to Quick Release Snap forming a 1/2 Length leash.
